Risk transfer
Under DAP, the risk of loss or damage passes from the seller to the buyer at Unloading at destination.

Not required (buyer may arrange)
When to use it
When the seller can manage door-to-door delivery but the buyer is best placed to clear import.
Watch out
If the buyer delays import clearance, the goods may be stuck — and any resulting cost falls on the buyer.

- No. Under DAP the buyer unloads. If you need the seller to unload, use DPU.
