Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Cargo365's website and services. By accessing or using Cargo365, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About our service
Cargo365 is a freight marketplace that connects customers with independent, vetted shipping partners and customs brokers. We facilitate quotes and bookings but do not ourselves carry goods or provide transport.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are provided by third-party partners and are estimates until confirmed. A booking becomes binding when you accept a quote and the partner confirms it.
Transit times, prices and availability are subject to change based on carrier and market conditions.
3. Commission and fees
Requesting quotes on Cargo365 is free. Cargo365 earns a commission of 10% of the agreed shipment value, payable only when a deal successfully closes.
There are no upfront or hidden fees for customers.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate shipment information and to ship only lawful goods.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable customs, export, import and trade regulations.
5. Partner obligations
Shipping and customs partners are independent businesses responsible for their own services, licensing and performance. Cargo365 vets partners but does not guarantee their performance.
6. Limitation of liability
Cargo365 acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays or losses of carriers, partners or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cargo365's liability is limited to the commission received for the relevant transaction.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Tehran, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Cargo365 after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
