Plant quarantine, import of seeds and plants that are specified as genetically modified in the issuing country's documents, meaning they have been produced with genetic changes. Entry is subject to environmental risk assessment approval by the Department of Environment. Import of non-halal products covered by this chapter (except rows 2201, 2202, 2209) is prohibited.
